1. How does the design that you created demonstrate your knowledge of Magazine Design and the parts of a magazine cover and interior?

-The design that I created demonstrates my knowledge of Magazine Design and the parts of a magazine cover and interior because I used the components correctly. For example, every component is where it is supposed to be and my interior is related to the cover of the magazine. My interior also relates to the corporate identity of Vogue Magazine.

2. In what ways does your magazine connect to the corporate identity of the magazine? What are some design queues that you used from the existing magazine?

-Some design queues I used to connect the corporate identity of the magazine are a simple design with neutral colors. Also using a very chic design that is innovative.

3.How did completing the brainstorming packet and sketches affect your design process?

-The brainstorming packet and sketches helped get some of my thoughts together, but when I actually start designing I feel I find better ideas that can be completely different from what I originally came up with. But, the sketches gave me a good starting point, so when I began my project I had something to work with.

4. How did you like working with a partner? How do you think working with a partner makes the design process easier and more difficult?

- I thought working with a partner was helpful because you are always going to hear an honest opinion and new ideas. Yet sometimes it is hard to convey ideas, but in the end the project comes full circle. Also my partner could help me come up with more ideas to make the final project easier.

5. Looking at your partner’s design, if you were to design your partner’s portion by yourself how would it look different? What would you have changed?

-I agree with my partner's design choice and would not change what they have done. We both understood the corporate identity of Vogue Magazine which made the project easier.

6. Describe the ideal partner (co-worker / co –designer)?

-I think the ideal partner or co-worker/designer gives critiques that are helpful, but not hurtful. They also contribute ideas that can encourage you to make the best work you can create. They also give helpful tips to maybe make the project easier for you and not as stressful at times.
